At Cracked Soda, we want you to love your new fit, but if something isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
